Q: Hi how do we change the unappealing AWS URL to a more appealing one Z?

There does not seem to be an option to do that we deploying the software - I can add a custom bucket name but can"t change the prefix s3.ap-southeast?

A: Leo, the prefix is required for that format of URL. If you use the other format with bucket name first (specifying as a subdomain) the prefix is not necessary.
look at the difference in PA and DA for the two formats.
That said, we will be adding the option to save the URLs both ways.
