Q: I'm looking for information on how to rank YouTube videos. Does anyone have any info they can share/sources to go to? What I know so far consists of:
- On-page/meta optimization within YouTube for the video and images.
- Add enough words of content to the description
- First comment
- Tags
Anything else?
Should I run bot traffic or something?Do I just embed/link build like normal?
A: To rank videos you need to have the channel setup correct. Optimize the video; send CTR to the videos, add embeds.
Then use the tools from RFR, BLF, or MCS to juice them up and they rank.
