Our Florida based broker sends us custom job orders for our rank and rent business. 

I’ve just had a long conversation with him. 

The overwhelming requests are coming from classic brick and mortar businesses wanting to secure their territory. 

AND then PERMANENTLY CLOSE their doors. 

Before the likes of restaurants we’re asking for this, now it’s diverse businesses. This phenomenon is accelerating monthly. Our waiting list has just blown out to 7 months. 

Take note, there is a shift in normal business mentality I’ve never seen before, and neither has our broker. 

Prepare yourselves. You have the skills to approach these businesses to help them.
