Proxy Format

Q: Just wondering what the proxy format should be for CF?

This particular VPS I"m using is in the Netherlands so getting back a lot of foreign keywords which I don't want.And besides using a proxy is there any other way to get keyword ideas/content in a different language?

 I primarily want the content for product name based keywords where the product name does not differ in other languages. So it won't draw in local keywords/content for this reason. 

It would be good to have a "test proxy" button too in the software, like many that include proxies have.
