A: To my knowledge both Amazon S3 and Azure are still in business and pages/ sites that are deployed on those cloud services are still highly effective.
Your question should focus on what type of page/site you upload to those services.
In other words is there any compelling reason why a person should look at your site and importantly take the action you want them to take.
