Cloaked Redirect

I am still trying to piece it together.

Once we generated the mass pages, upload them to cloud accounts, do we need to cloak these pages?

Otherwise wouldn't google deindex these pages since these mass pages are all automatically redirected to the money page?

A: The redirect is cloaked, which means it’s hidden, and google only sees the page.

And on behalf of HTML, the SERPs only see the HTML page you build with Traffic Factory, if you use the redirect it will redirect the page to any destination you put in the redirect for.  Google sees the HTML page users see the redirected page.
