For those of you who may be interested in covering-your-tracks a bit more for the images-in-a-PDF strategy, you may want to make sure your name doesn't actually appear in the PDF's metadata.
When I used http://exif.regex.info/exif.cgi to check my image PDF, I was taken back some when I saw that my name is part of the metadata reported by the Exif tool. Oops...something that I had overlooked.
I made my PDF from a Word document. So, to fix this issue, I simply navigated in Word to the File>Info tab, then deleted my "Author" name. Then, created the image PDF. Running the updated version of my PDF through the Exif tool mentioned showed no "Creator" name this time.
Beware - When you create a new images PDF, be sure to remove your Author name again because deleting it once in File>Info doesn't take it out permanently - at least in my version of Word.
