Q: Where do you make these custom tokens, like {$FIELD:phone} how does this get the phone number?
A: Custom tokens are created by you and placed in the template wherever you want them to be used. And the phone number would be placed for your client site telephone number and you place that in the extra content fields in TF. Or you can watch the video Click Here.
