Delayed Google Sites Diagram

Evening.

Sorry for the delay in the diagrams I promised on my new google super sites methodology.

I’m currently in hospital and since I draw these diagrams by hand, I’ve no interest in doing them now.

I’m fine, getting better. Just had a relapse of the organs shutdown I had when I was poisoned, brought on by a crazy amount of stress I’ve had in the last week.

Not to bore you or waste your time, my wife of 33 years said she wants a divorce, my PA, a stunning young lady called Tenelle ( half my age ), who I’ve spoken about here, comes out and says she’s been in love with me for months and to add the cherry on the cake, my daughter who has become Tenelles best friend and who’s the same age, knew about this for months as well. Plus the usual troubles that occur with the above. I suffered a relapse because of this stress as I expected NONE of this. I’ll be in the hospital for probably next week.

So I’m now an item with a much younger woman. Funny how life goes.

Ok with that out the way I’d like to post again about a method that makes me the most money per month of all my businesses.

I don’t think when I posted about this before you understood just how simple and incredibly powerful this is. It simply works and does not require any seo work at all, it’s easy to set up a demo to sell and once the prospect sees how simple and effective this is, it becomes a very easy sale.

There are also a vast amount of applications for this, once you start thinking about it.

Quite simply we are using a new google site with a customised google form to act as a contact form but in this case the contact form has been modified to capture orders/requests/information etc.

Let’s use the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane as an example. I’d never do this for them as the entire Hilton chain operates their own custom software but it’s an example.

I’d set up a google site and purchase a domain name. For this it would be HiltonBrisbaneServices.com.au
I’d link this domain name to that new google site.

Now I’d set up a google form that would make sense to use at say the pool bar area. We are after a service area where wait staff is required, or there is no wait staff, or it’s understaffed etc.

Our objective is to increase the efficiency of the current operations, not have staff waiting around doing nothing and getting guests to order what they require.

I would have a sample simple menu made up that is embedded into a QR code.

You will also need a guest ID and location ID. For demonstrations make them up.

Once set up the idea is to show the resort how easily a guest can order without a staff member being present.

Set this up so that an email is sent the moment a guest submits the form.

Say the guest orders a hamburger which they get off the QR code menu. That menu will have a unique code that refers to that hamburger only.

So normally the guest would enter their name, then room number, their own unique ID ( which they receive when they check in ), and the hamburger ID., and their current location, so resorts would have to number things like tables. A common practice. They submit the form. They know where to login to perform this because the URL for this online ordering is advertised everywhere.

Since they input the URL no seo ranking services are required.

Once the operational staff see the email they check the form, action it and the hamburger is delivered by the wait staff who are not standing around waiting for orders, but are more productively employed.

I cannot emphasis how easy this is to sell and in all my clients, they have seen huge increases not only in efficiency but in customer satisfaction, both of which increases profitability. Every resort owners dream.

It’s simple to set up a demo version using any domain name you think relevant and the QR Codes are so simple. Again, NO seo of any sort is required. It’s brilliant in use and a very easy sale. You can sell or rent these sites. Your choice. I rent mine.

I’ve even got one working at a veterinarian surgery where clients whilst still at home fill in the custom contact form and everything is done before they arrive. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy.
