Dire Times Indeed

To try and help my loyal customers I’ve dropped my monthly rental income per site from $499 to $299.

It was very well received.

However, I know due to my probability calculations that within 4 months at least 80 percent of my clients will be closed, the vast majority as they are smaller businesses, forever.

Adaptation has and will always be the reason some businesses survive.

On island resorts, there is no other form of income other than tourists, and they are gone, for a long time.

I now look to very specific medical niches, huge growth ahead, and when you factor in demographics, which you must always include a massive potential.

Time to start thinking outside the box
