Q: Anyone Seen This before and if so, what is the issue and how is it remedied?

A: In that case, you need to ask google for recovery. As if your account was suspended due to a verification error that prevents your account from logging into another device or another area outside of your common workplace.
Since you are using VPS and software, your Google accounts if vulnerable to the said error. If you have a team that can optimize your account, better to do so.
So that you can prevent such errors in the future. Hope it helps, it is based on my experience before.
