Localised PDF’s - #2 How?

Full disclosure. Two of these softwares are so important to my business that I’ve had custom versions coded. 

The two I’m going to refer to here I’ve used a long while ago and they did the job perfectly. 

Because the process varies between assets, this will be a quick overview. It’s 2.29am here as I start this, I have to be at the pool at 5.00am for my morning 5 km swim. 

So as usual, time is fleeting. 

I’ll be going into much more detail later for each asset. This is just so you understand what’s ahead. 

We first start with our google sites. There will be 4 of them. 

We will assume we are in the Solar Energy niche and the location is Havana. 

We obtain the top 4 most searched phrases. Let’s assume the below, in order.

1. Havana Solar Supplies 
2. Havana Solar Systems 
3. Havana Solar Installations
4. Havana Solar Repairs. 

We set up an optimised gmail under the most popular search term. Havana Solar Supplies. 

We then create 4 google sites, naming them the above 4 names, at present we do nothing else except record their unique URLs. 

We make up an image that has a coloured background and bright text that says Havana Solar Supplies. 

We obtain the latitude and longitude of the approximate centre of Havana and look on the map to determine an operational radius we want to cover with our hybrid model. 

We now open the random point generator. Select our operational radius and request 50 random latitude and longitude positions. 

Note you need to supply the primary latitude and longitude for this piece of software.

Once we have those 50 random points we record them. 

Now we open Easy Map Maker. 

Following the instructions we add the latitude and longitude and the FIRST of the google sites URLs as well as the path for that image with the text. 

Get the software to create the first map of 50 positions ( pins ), the image and the 1st google site URL will be positioned in each pin. 

Important. The software will email you a URL of the map you have just created. Save it. 

This is your FIRST LAYER for the google sites. 

Do the exact same process for the other 3 google sites. Exactly. 

You now have created FOUR LAYERS of 50 positions ( pins ), each pin containing the URL of that google site and the Image with the text on.

Now take those 4 map URLs and embed them individually into each of the google sites. 

Also at the bottom of each google site place the URLs as direct links to the maps that you were given. 

When everything is completed you will change the colour of those links to the background colour of your site, whatever you choose. The links then disappear. 

I now at this stage start building mind mapping sphere. Onto this i place ALL the information I have as I’m building. Including dates times etc. 

This is my exact reference and is hugely beneficial. I also use the spheres given public URL and create a new layer with the mapping software. This I then embed into each google site as well as directly linking to the sphere.
