Localised PDF’s - Before Anything Else

Before I carry on with these Localised PDFs posts, there may be a few of you who think, or will think by the time this is over, that the amount of work involved in setting all this up is far too much. 

Well that’s fine with me as there are many ways to make money using the internet. 

However let me give you a slight indication of my rank and rent business model using my Wolf Pack google sites. 

There is NO difference in the operation of that business model compared to what I’m going to explain to you in the coming posts. 

The only real difference is the Wolf Pack model uses 24 google sites and this uses 4. 

I’ve reduced them to make my life easier as this was designed as a lead generation model that could, if required, be used as rank and rent or a CPA model or many other adaptations. 

I know some have asked before so here goes. 

My Wolf Pack model is our standard model now. My daughter and I run it, I do the initial research and R and D, once that’s done my daughter takes over the operations. 

I wasn’t joking when I said I wanted out of the rank and rent business. I concentrate on promotional videos and making those laser/human dance videos I showed you a sample of. 

Sales is handled by a proper Business Broker based in Florida. He has a network of contacts that he deals with. 

As a proper Business Broker he sells going concerns. 

This is a point I’d like you all to understand. We do not deal with internet marketers of any kind. Most would not know a real business if it fell on them. 

By using a Business Broker the entire operation is professionally represented. He is responsible for client acquisition and interaction. 

We conceive, develop and deploy the various assets with the already acquired clients business information, installed from the ground up. 

It’s kind of a complete done for you total area domination asset control within the chosen niche. 

Currently our backlog is 4 months and it’s stable at that, for the time being. 

We employ a full time retired lady accountant, and 3 lovely youngsters all in their twenties. I consider them my adopted kids and I selected only paraplegics. 

That was to give them a better life as my brother was a paraplegic and I know first hand their numerous problems they face every day. 

That’s our staff. 

Each group of assets/sites that cover an dedicated location are rented on a monthly basis for $1500US. 

The Business Broker gets a 20 percent monthly residual out of all those sites. 

The rest obviously goes into our Trust and after deductions of all expenses including taxes, both my daughter and I get about 25 percent, each. 

With this model we still leave profits within the business for issues and future growth. 

We produce on average about 4 complete sets of assets for 4 different locations, that’s per week. 

We could quite easily increase that IF the niches were all the same, but we offer a diverse portfolio so as yet, we have not reached that point. 

Within another 2.5  years at current rates we will surpass the 1000 complete locations. 

That my friends at current rental prices is 1.5 Million Dollars a month. 

I’ll let you guys do the math as to the respective percentages each party will get per year. 

We do have a few upsells that are popular but that’s not for here. 

So, I’ll let you all ponder on the idea if all this work is worth it or not. 

It should take any of you about 2 weeks, working in the evening, only using 1 hour of your valuable time per night ( 5 nights per week ), to produce the first complete location. 

After that you will do the next in 4 nights a week. 

Can you find a hour every day for 2 weeks ( no weekend work ), to produce a series of assets as I’ll be explaining here, to generate you and your family a monthly income of $700US, compounding with every new series of assets you add to the mix.
