Also, it was a bit confusing... I thought I'd be buying what was shown and if I understood it correctly you divided the functions into parts and charging separately?

Maybe I missed the explanation as I was multitasking at times.

A: There are 2 separate products:

• Map Pin Factory: This was the primary product demonstrated.

This is a local rank tracking tool, similar to Local Falcon for GMB's. Here are the highlights:

-- For brick-and-mortar GMB's, use your own maps API (unlimited, not credit-based)

-- You're not locked into a grid pattern; manually place map pins to check ranking WHEREVER on the map.

-- Service area businesses (SAB's) that do not have a physical location, DOES, however, use credits. Drop map pins wherever you'd like to check ranking, which can significantly reduce the cost of checking SAB's since you're not wasting pins on areas you don't care about.

-- The output of rank tracking allows you to download a CSV, image, or GIF (when scheduled rank checks are done)

-- Can be a great tool for prospecting or GMB client reporting

• GMB POI: This is simply a driving direction tool that can be used in conjunction with other factory tools. The output on this (iframes) can help improve geographic relevance for GMB's.
