Project Site Renting

The only other comparable project I’ve done of this size is of a group of islands, that actually was bigger once completed but I built it in smaller stages.

From start to finish the first phase of the above project. Probably 6 to 8 months and they would all be rented.

Monthly income from the above at current prices, less any bulk discount, ie. a client having 3 or more sites will be US$26000 per month, monthly residual. I"ve got a 96 percent retention rate overall my rented google sites, year on year.

Of the above 52 sites, I can estimate an 80 plus percent take-up of a talking head video from each rented site. ( based on previous figures but averaged out over various niches. )

That will add an extra US$100 per site based on existing charges.

 So it’s a lot of work, but the long term gain and security of knowing that I’ve money coming in monthly is well worth the effort. 

Once I’ve completed all 4 parts you will have a better understanding of why these sites rank like they do with very little maintenance.

I can’t say any maintenance as there is always an owner who wants to change his video or add another area.
