I’m going to purposely keep this as simple as I can, as it’s a hugely complicated subject.
Only Google knows how their algorithms operate.
However they are mathematical strings that determine an outcome, as such due to the size and complexity of Google, and operational requirements, there is one probability formula that would do EXACTLY what google does with their algorithms, and fits all their requirements, that I am aware of.
Who knows there may be many more, this just seems to fit for me.
These probability calculations are used by most National Security Agencies, the military for their war game simulations, NASA, and numerous other entities that require probability calculations.
They also explain perfectly why a simple PDF ranks and remains untouched by updates.
I’m talking about Bayesian probability theory.
Just some background so you know I know what I’m talking about.
The 5 plus years I was in the Special Branch, I was taught and used these probability calculations to determine the likelihood of terrorist attacks, operational survivability, etc.,I’ve got an operational understanding of these in the real world.
Important.
What makes these specific types of calculations ( algorithms ) so different are the way they work, which also makes them perfect for variable levels of information input, delivered along with a time frame, whilst always delivering a usable reliable output, and being capable of having information added in real-time, which will be assimilated into the calculations seamlessly whilst adjusting the output in real-time.
In simple terms, a correctly assembled probability theory, that would be capable of accepting say 30 different fields, would work perfectly well, if only 2 of those fields were available.
So that simple ranking PDF would ONLY TRIGGER a few of the fields required. The equivalent Wordpress site would TRIGGER say 25 of those fields.
The probability calculations would simply bypass and simultaneously assign a value to the unused fields on the simple PDF........., BUT unfortunately for the Wordpress site, since all those other fields were triggered, the probability calculations would assign values to those fields BASED on the way the Wordpress site has scored on those fields.
I hope you realize how important this is, the more fields you trigger, the harder you have to work trying to score higher.
Your score is directly proportional to your ranking outcome.
Obviously your site is then compared to others fighting for the same position.
Do you see why a simple PDF, with very little information available to trigger fields, but supplying just enough information for Google to understand what the PDF is about, can now quite easily outrank a large site that did not have a seriously clever SEO expert building that site.
This was the secret I was after.
This information has now enabled me to build google sites that easily outrank other sites, obviously factoring in the other requirements I’m going to talk about later.
Let’s all be sensible about this, there is no way in hell I’ll be able to go after a site like CNN, but your eyes will water when you understand what I can go after.
You can all laugh now.
I’ll add more later.
