Once you find a easy location/niche, scale massively and start obtaining clients for your pre ranked assets.
Seriously I cannot think of an easier way to make substantial amounts of money quickly.
A bit of trial and error in niche selection, once you have found an easier niche that works, become an expert. Thus reducing your workload and increasing efficiency.
Set your processes up and soon you will have true passive income.
Simply… a reliable, repeatable income model.
