Weighted PDFs

A lot of my designs use what you all would consider radical ideas, which to me, since I’ve been doing this for sooooo long, is quite normal.

Before we go on to PDFs I need to introduce you all to a concept I use that I call Weighted PDFs.

An example might serve better here.

Take two identical PDFs. Only one small difference. One has an extra URL hidden within it. That’s it.

You tell me which google would consider greater, I use that term as it means, greater.

You see that extra URL goes to a cloud property that has hundreds of URLs linked to mapping software maps, each map containing up to twenty thousand pins, each pin contains an exact copy of that PDF.

The other PDF has no such URL.

One it incredibly powerful and contains VAST amounts of extra information, the other is just a PDF.

Just to get you thinking a bit more, those thousands of PDFs housed in those thousands of pins, each contains another completely different URL targeting another cloud property, where you guessed it, hundreds more URLs are housed, same story, again leading to thousands of new PDFs again housing another unique URL.

I have not even got into the PDF themselves, only a single URL so far.

Time to expand your horizons.
